Ingredients:

  • 25 ml Wolfschmidt Kümmel

  • 25 ml Vodka

  • 15 ml lemon juice

Instructions:

Ingredients:

  • 25 ml Wolfschmidt Kümmel

  • 25 ml bourbon

  • 15 ml lime juice

  • 10 ml simple syrup

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a rocks glass over ice, and garnish with a lime wheel.

Ingredients:

  • 25 ml Wolfschmidt Kümmel

  • 25 ml dark rum

  • 10 ml heavy cream

  • 1 shot of esspresso

Instructions:

Shake Kümmel, dark rum, espresso and cream well with ice, then strain over ice into a fine cut tumbler. Garnish with coffee beans.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Wolfschmidt Kümmel

  • 25 ml lemon juice

  • 10 ml simple syrup

  • 1 egg white

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients (except the garnish) in a shaker without ice to emulsify the egg white, if using. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

Ingredients:

  • 25 ml Wolfschmidt Kümmel

  • 25 ml Vodka

  • 1 full kiwi fruit

Instructions:

Shake vodka, Kümmel and a whole fresh kiwi (skin removed), reserving a wheel for garnish) hard with ice, then fine strain into a martini glass and finish with the kiwi wheel.

Ingredients:

  • 40 ml Wolfschmidt Kümmel

  • 20 ml lemon juice

  • 15 ml simple syrup

  • Soda water (to top)

Instructions:

Shake the Kümmel, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a cherry.

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml Wolfschmidt Kümmel

  • 30 ml vodka

  • 15 ml lime juice

  • Ginger beer (to top)

Instructions:

Build the ingredients in a copper mule mug over ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint.

Spiced Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml Wolfschmidt Kümmel

  • 30 ml rye whiskey

  • 1 sugar cube

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:

Muddle the sugar cube and bitters in a glass. Add the Kümmel and rye whiskey, fill the glass with ice, and stir. Garnish with an orange peel..

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Wolfschmidt Kümmel

  • 25 ml soda

  • 75 ml Cava

  • A squeeze of Lime

Instructions:

Serve Kümmel over ice in a large wine glass, add cava and soda, stirring lightly to preserve the sparkle, Squeeze in fresh lime to taste and rim glass.
